Kabbalah and Interconnectedness
The reality we believe around us is actually the interpretation of the brain signals received by our sensory organs after getting stimulated in interaction with the environmental stimuli. So when we see a building, it is simply because we interpret it that way. That means, our entire reality actually exists within us, it seems that we all possess a personalized movie playing within our mind that reflects the picture aligned with external reality.
According to Kabbalistic perspective, the entire world actually exists within us, and nowhere else. Moreover, kabbalists do not perceive variety of elements in the surroundings; rather they put emphasis on the creation of one creature. Their perspective integrates the essence of collective soul composing several interconnected elements in together. However, in common eyes, we are simply missing the ‘adhesive’ that connects those several elements together to form one single entity.
In Kabbalistic approach, all are connected to form a single creature. At this state, none is separated from others. All of the beings are mere parts of each other. This single creature is able to attain a deeper and more fundamental degree of reality that does not essentially incorporate the normal surface of our awareness. In simple terms, we all are connected, but we lack the understanding.
According to Kabbalistic perspective, it embraces the key to explore the world of interconnectedness where we will become able to recover our fundamental understanding of perception of the single eternal soul. It also claims that once we attain the state of absolute awareness – the state of interconnectedness – we can live our life in its full extent. Every element constituting our lives and their purpose will be clear to us. We will come to understand the Supreme Force that creates us and how we all are connected with Him.
